JFC's Performance Management System (PMS) is a supervisory-employee communication process that serves as a guide in achieving specific goals and growing professionally within the organization. The year-round PMS consists of Goal Setting, a Mid-Year review, and a Year-End Evaluation, alongside continuous Performance Talks and an Individual Development Plan. In conducting the PMS, the OGSM process is followed and the objectives should be SMART. This infomercial provides an overview of the system in detail.
