  • Introduction to FSC as a Way of Life

    The success of JFC, as a global company, can be attributed to the special bond forged with its customers by  delivering on its brand promise thru  Excellence in Restaurant Operations. Excellence, as a core value, is manifested in the company’s high regard on Food, Service, Cleanliness and Condition or FSC.

    Corporate Quality Management (CQM) has always been steadfast and dedicated to strengthening the commitment of all employees towards FSC Excellence.

    The company recognizes that the delivery of high FSC is not a sole responsibility of those in Store Operations but also of Main Office Support Units. Everyone in the organization has a role to play in ensuring customer satisfaction in the JFC restaurants.

    The FSC as a Way of Life computer-based training aims to develop the employee’s proper mindset on FSC both in Operations and in the Support Units thru:

    • Heightened awareness and appreciation towards FSC and Quality
    • Understand the impact of Support Units to FSC and Quality

    This computer-based training will take approximately 20 minutes and each employee (department/division head, officer, and specialist) can take the course in his own time.
